Privacy Policy

This policy is written in plain English on purpose. It covers what this site collects, where that information goes, and who ends up with it. Effective July 14, 2026.

What We Collect

The quote form asks for your name, your phone number, and, optionally, what you need and a message. It also records which page you sent it from. That's the whole list. We don't ask for your address until there's an actual job to schedule, and the form has no hidden fields that gather anything else about you.

If you call or text the number on this site, the call is handled through a tracking number. The caller's number, the time of the call, a recording, and a transcription are stored so your request doesn't get lost. You'll hear normal call handling; nothing about the number works differently from any business line.

This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no ad trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and pages requested, the same as nearly every website.

Where Your Information Goes

Form submissions post to this site's own endpoint and are forwarded to CallRail, the call and lead tracking service we use. CallRail stores form leads, call recordings, and transcriptions on our behalf. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

As the footer of every page discloses: this website shares information with local, licensed, and insured service providers who will contact you using the information provided. In practice that means the details you submit go to the provider who will actually do the work. They use them to call or text you back about your radon job.

We don't sell your information, publish it, or add you to mailing lists. It's used to respond to the request you made, and that's it.

Retention and Your Choices

Lead records stay in our tracking system so there's a history of who asked for what. If you want your information deleted, call or text (605) 800-6149 and ask. We'll remove your details from the systems we control and pass the request to any provider who received them.

Changes to This Policy

This is a young, still-formalizing local business, and this policy is provisional while the legal entity behind it is completed. When the policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Nothing here will quietly get worse; collecting more than the form shows would require saying so on this page first.
